Inoue at a glance
Naoya Inoue has won WBO, WBC, IBF, WBA and The Ring world championships, from light flyweight up to super bantamweight. The Ring named him Fighter of the Year in 2023, the same year he collected the Sugar Ray Robinson Award; its knockout-of-the-year prize went to him in 2018, while the Ali-Frazier Award arrived in 2019. Taken together, those honours reflect power, longevity and cross-division respect.
Today the Japanese boxer competes at super bantamweight, carrying an unbeaten professional ledger of thirty-three wins and twenty-seven knockouts. He has never been beaten and has never drawn. In 2026 his WBA and WBC super bantamweight titles sit on the honours list, alongside the other belts gathered across a career that has moved through lighter divisions.
