Publishing the teams one hour apart gives each age group a clear announcement while allowing the coaches to coordinate possible player movement between squads.

The senior team finish their Nations League group

England host Croatia at Wembley on 12 November at 19:45 GMT, then play Spain in Madrid on 15 November at 17:30. Spain lead the group with 12 points, England have nine, Croatia three and Czechia none.

England won the earlier meeting with Croatia 7-0. The final two matches will decide whether they can overtake Spain at the top of the group.

The under-21s and under-20s have preparation matches

The under-21s face Portugal and France as they prepare for the 2027 European Championship. The under-20s play Czechia and Portugal in the EURO Elite League.

These matches let the coaches test players against different styles before the next competitive phase. Club minutes and recent fitness will influence the final selections.

The younger age groups have separate programmes

The under-19s and under-17s play European Championship qualifiers. The under-18s meet the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland in friendly internationals in Valencia.

England Football will publish every squad and any later injury replacements through its official channels.
